Tech Mahindra has announced the launch of its Communications Experience Center (CEC) in Pune, a hub designed to help Communications Service Providers (CSPs) co-create new growth solutions and reimagine operations, customer experience, and business models through AI-led innovation. Positioned as a nerve center for the telecom industry, the CEC builds on Tech Mahindra’s four decades of communications expertise and will be supported by satellite innovation centers worldwide, each aligned to regional priorities but unified under a common framework.
