Swiggy Instamart has become the first quick commerce platform to offer round-the-clock free delivery service in Delhi-NCR, just in time for the festive season. The service, provides rapid delivery of thousands of products within 10-15 minutes in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.
Customers in these areas can now access a wide range of items, including groceries, festive treats, electronics, toys, and gift items, at any time of day or night without additional charges. This move aims to meet the increasing demand for essentials during late hours, especially during the festive season's last-minute preparations.
Swiggy Instamart's order analysis reveals a significant trend in late-night consumer behaviour. Between 11 PM and 6 AM, there's a surge in orders for indulgences like chips, bhujia, ice creams, sexual wellness products, and pan corner essentials. As morning approaches, the focus shifts to breakfast staples such as milk and eggs.
Swiggy Instamart is also considering expanding the 24x7 delivery service expanding to other prominent cities across India.
