"Ratan Tata was a visionary whose leadership transformed the Tata Group into a global powerhouse," Amon stated. He emphasised Tata's enduring influence, noting that "his values of innovation and integrity continue to inspire us."


Amon's full statement read: "Ratan Tata was a visionary whose leadership transformed the Tata Group into a global powerhouse. His contributions have profoundly impacted industries worldwide, and his values of innovation and integrity continue to inspire us. On behalf of Qualcomm, I extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and the Tata community. We are honored to collaborate with an organization that embodies such remarkable leadership."


Earlier this year, Amon highlighted the collaboration between Qualcomm and Tata, focusing on areas such as edge AI, automotive, industrial infrastructure, semiconductors, and retail.
