Here's how Apple CEO Tim Cook remembered Steve Jobs on his 13th death anniversary

Apple CEO Tim Cook paid tribute to the company's co-founder, Steve Jobs, on the 13th anniversary of his death, emphasising the visionary's enduring impact on technology and innovation. Cook's message, shared on social media platform X on October 5, 2024, highlighted Jobs' proactive approach to shaping the future.

"Steve showed us that the future isn't something you wait for—it's something you build. His memory lives on in the hearts of innovators and dreamers everywhere—at Apple and beyond," Cook wrote in his post on X.




Jobs, who passed away in 2011 after battling pancreatic cancer, co-founded Apple in 1976 with Steve Wozniak. Under his leadership, Apple introduced revolutionary products such as the iPhone, iPad, and Mac, transforming multiple industries and changing how people communicate, work, and entertain themselves.

Known for his emphasis on design and user experience, Jobs played a crucial role in simplifying technology and making it more accessible to users. His vision helped Apple recover from near-collapse and become one of the world's most valuable companies.




Dell Technologies CEO MIchael Dell also commemorated Jobs' legacy. Dell shared a photo with Jobs on X, stating, "It's been 13 years but his genius continues to inspire."
