FBI Director Kash Patel's girlfriend Alexis Wilkins sues Podcaster over 'Spy for Israel' claims
Alexis Wilkins, a country singer and the girlfriend of FBI director Kash Patel, has filed a lawsuit against podcaster Kyle Seraphin. The lawsuit addresses Seraphin's claims that Wilkins is a spy working for Israel's intelligence agency, Mossad. The accusations, which have become a popular meme on social media, allege that Wilkins is a "honeypot" gathering information from Patel. Wilkins, who is 26, first denied the claims in a tweet on July 9, calling them "insanely ridiculous" and encouraging people to research her life. Seraphin, who is a former FBI agent, has continued to discuss the allegations, which online conspiracy theorists and trolls have further amplified.
The complaint, shared by Court Listener, states that on the August 22 episode of his podcast (available on YouTube and Rumble), Seraphin alleged that Wilkins was working for Mossad. The lawsuit cites Seraphin as saying: “[FBI Director Kash Patel] has had his own little ‘ honeypot’ issue that’s been going on of late, so we’re just going to acknowledge it real publicly. He’s got a girlfriend that is half his age, who is apparently is both a country music singer, a political commentator on Rumble, a friend of John Rich through Bongino, who also now owns a big chunk of Rumble, and she’s also a former Mossad agent in what is like the equivalent of their NSA. But I’m sure that’s totally because, like, she’s really looking for like a cross-eyed, you know, kind of thickish built, super cool bro who’s almost 50 years old who’s Indian in America. Like it has nothing to do with the fact that we’re really close to the Trump administration. Anyway, I’m sure that’s totally just like love. That’s what real love looks like.”
The lawsuit claims Seraphin implied country singer Wilkins, who is dating Kash Patel, was tied to Mossad, despite not naming her directly. It highlights his remarks as discriminatory and notes his past as an FBI agent. Seraphin denied meeting her, disputed parts of the lawsuit, and stated that he used the term “agent” loosely, meaning “asset” or “source,” rather than an official spy. Wilkins, who is not Jewish or Israeli, has denied the claims publicly, including on the Megyn Kelly show.
At the show, when Kelly asked if she was a spy, Wilkins laughed and replied, “Definitely not. That is a firm no.” The suit states that Wilkins is seeking at least $5 million in damages.
In her X post from July, Wilkins wrote: “I’ve spent my career saying no to anything that would compromise my character and working to restore America. It’s disappointing to see people with no real contribution to political discourse spin ridiculous conspiracy theories out of thin air. These accusations are obviously insanely ridiculous and coming from accounts that are farming because their engagement dried up after Trump’s win. I would encourage anyone interested to actually research the facts of my life — they’re readily available. My happy relationship, my work, my Christian Faith, and my integrity speak for themselves."
