Airtel Business has launched Airtel Secure Workforce, the company’s first fully-managed and unified Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) security solution tailored for enterprises with hybrid workforces. The platform is designed to protect users, data, and devices at all times, everywhere, while ensuring compliance with India’s DPDP Act. Airtel says the new solution is built to combat the growing scale and sophistication of AI-driven cyberattacks. Powered by Airtel’s pan-India network and backed by 24x7 managed services expertise, Secure Workforce removes the operational burden of building and running security safeguards internally. Enterprises can expect up to 30% cost optimisation in their security spends.
The platform secures endpoints across users, devices, networks, applications, and data, offering audit-grade logs, data movement controls, and structured incident workflows. A unified dashboard provides a single view across networks, endpoints, and users, helping enterprises secure employees across email, web, applications, and devices. It also offers visibility into unsanctioned cloud and AI applications.
Built on a ZTA framework, the solution addresses challenges such as tools overload, alert fatigue, and talent shortages. By replacing fragmented, multi-vendor deployments with a unified platform, Airtel Secure Workforce strengthens endpoint detection and response while securing remote access at every touchpoint.
Sharat Sinha, CEO of Airtel Business, said: “Enterprises today are under mounting pressure to protect end users and devices in the constantly-evolving, targeted, AI-powered attacks. Airtel Secure Workforce offers end-to-end protection that combines connectivity and managed security backed by 24x7 expert vigilance.”
As part of the launch, Airtel Business has also introduced the Secure Workforce Centre of Excellence, a live environment hosted on Airtel Cloud where enterprises can experience the platform before scaling.
