Apple is reportedly preparing for a busy start to 2026, with several new products expected to launch as early as February. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the company is lining up updates across its iPhone, iPad and Mac ranges, targeting customers in emerging markets, enterprises and users looking for lower-cost options. While Apple has not officially announced launch dates, Gurman in his weekly PowerOn newsletter suggests that the coming weeks will see refreshed devices with newer chips and added features, even as prices remain largely unchanged for some models. The focus appears to be on performance upgrades, wider adoption of Apple’s in-house technology and expanding the reach of
Apple Intelligence across more products. Here we take a look at new devices Apple may bring soon
iPhone 17e
Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 17e, which will replace the iPhone 16e introduced last year. The phone is tipped to use the A19 chip from the iPhone 17 lineup and add support for MagSafe charging. It is also expected to use Apple’s latest in-house cellular and wireless chips. Reports suggest Apple may keep the price unchanged at $599. The iPhone 17e is likely to be marketed heavily in emerging economies and to enterprise customers.
New iPads with faster chips
According to Bloomberg, updated iPads are also expected soon. Apple is said to be preparing a refreshed entry-level iPad with the A18 chip, which would bring support for Apple Intelligence for the first time. New iPad Air models are tipped to move to the M4 chip. Design changes are expected to be limited, though the iPad mini is reported to switch to an OLED display.
Macs with M5 processors
Apple is also working on new Macs, including updated MacBook Air, 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models powered by the M5 chip. As per the Bloomberg report, upgraded Mac Studio desktops and a refreshed Studio Display are also expected later in the year. New Mac mini models are also part of Apple’s 2026 plans.
Low-cost MacBook in focus
One of the key launches in the first half of the year could be a low-cost MacBook with a screen under 13 inches, powered by an iPhone-class chip. The device is expected to compete with budget Windows laptops and Chromebooks, and is likely to be positioned as an entry point into the Mac ecosystem for new users.
