Vivo T4 Ultra with 50MP telephoto lens, 5,500 mAh battery launched in India: Price, specs and more

Vivo T4 Ultra is here. Vivo has expanded its T-series of smartphones with the launch Vivo T4 Ultra in India. The smartphone houses a 1.5K AMOLED display and a 50MP telephoto camera. The mid-range Vivo smartphone is powered by a MediaTek chipset and packs a 5,500 mAh battery. "Built for India’s digitally savvy and ambitious youth, the T4 Ultra blends top-tier capabilities with carefully crafted design innovation. We are confident that the T4 Ultra will redefine expectations in its category and set a new benchmark for all-around excellence," said the company.

Vivo T4 Ultra: Price and availability

Vivo T4 Ultra comes in three variants — 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB priced at Rs 37,999, Rs 39,999 and Rs 41,999 respectively. The smartphone will go on sale starting June 18, 2025, across Flipkart, the vivo India e-store, and all partner retail stores. Customers can purchase the Vivo T4 Ultra in Phoenix Gold and Meteor Grey colour options.


The company has also announced some launch offers for the buyers of Vivo T4 Ultra. The company is offering instant discount of Rs 3,000 on HDFC Bank, SBI Bank, and Axis Bank Cards. Along with this, buyers can also avail exchange bonus of up to INR 5,000 and exchange bonus of up to INR 5,000.

Vivo T4 Ultra specifications

Vivo T4 Ultra houses a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 1260x2800 pixel resolution. The display offers up to 120Hz refresh rate and up to 5500 nits peak brightness level. The display is also protected with a layer of SCHOTT Xensation α Cover Glass.

Vivo T4 Ultra is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM. The smartphone comes in two storage options — 256GB and 512GB. The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 15 operating system topped with company’s own layer of FunTouchOS 15.

Vivo T4 Ultra features a triple rear camera setup with 50MP main camera with f/1.88 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide camera with Galaxycore GC08A8 sensor, f/2.2 aperture and a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera. Front is home to a 32MP selfie camera with f/2.45 aperture.

Vivo T4 Ultra comes with IP64 rating which makes it resistant to dust and water. The smartphone is backed by a 5,500 mAh battery which comes with 90W fast charging support.
