Redmi Pad 2 Pro, Pad 2 Pro 5G now official. Xiaomi has expanded its Android tablet lineup with the launch of all new Redmi Pad 2 Pro and Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G in India. The Android tablets house a 12.1-inch display and comes with quad-speaker system tuned by Dolby Atmos. The duo is powered by Qualcomm chipset and runs Android 15 operating system. The tablets are backed by a 12,000 mAh battery.Redmi Pad 2 Pro comes only in 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant and is priced at Rs 24,999. On the other hand, the Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G comes in two variants — 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB priced at Rs 27,999 and Rs 29,999 respectively. The tablets will be available online on Amazon.ion, Flipkart. Mi.com and offline on authorised retail stores in the country starting January 12.Along with the two tablets, the company has also introduced REDMI Pad 2 Pro keyboard and Redmi Smart Pen which are priced at Rs 3,999. You can also get a Redmi Pad 2 Pro cover which costs Rs 1,499. The pen is already available and the keyboard and the cover will be available soon.As part of the launch offers, the company is offering an instant discount of Rs 2,000 on Axis Bank, SBI and ICICI Bank cards. Also, the customers can avail no-cost EMI option of up to 6 months on the purchase of Redmi Pad 2 Pro and Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G.The Android tablets house a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display with 2560x1600 pixel resolution. The display offers 120Hz refresh rate and up to 600 nits peak brightness levels. The display also comes with Anti-glare in Pro Matte Glass Version.The duo is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. The Redmi Pad 2 Pro comes with 128GB internal storage, whereas the Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G comes in 128GB and 256GB internal memory capacity.The tablets run Android 15 operating system topped with company’s own layer of HyperOS 2.
