Call of Duty Mobile season 5 Revenge: The Boys crossover to introduce new modes and powers
One of the key additions in Season 5 is the collaboration with
“The Boys”. Players will gain access to themed Multiplayer and Battle Royale experiences featuring characters including Homelander, Starlight, and Black Noir.
The Multiplayer mode, called
“The Boys MP — Supe’d Up Attack of the Undead”, assigns players to one of three Supes while another player begins as the undead. Each character comes with different abilities.
The official description states,
“To those who seek to destroy me, the non-believers and backstabbers… I offer oblivion.” — Homelander, The Boys
In Battle Royale, the Vought Royale mode introduces temporary powers including Laser Vision, Blink teleportation, Charge Jump, and Electric Shockwave abilities.
Call of Duty Mobile season 5 Revenge: New Armored Royale mode and BAL-27 weapon
Season 5 will also add Armored Royale mode, a squad-based Battle Royale mode where teams spawn with personal armored vehicles that act as both transport and respawn points. Players can repair and upgrade vehicles during matches.
The new BAL-27 Assault Rifle will be available through free Battle Pass tiers. The weapon features an increasing fire rate during sustained firing, according to the announcement. Additional rewards include cosmetics, weapon camos, and scorestreak items. Premium Battle Pass users will gain access to operator skins and weapon blueprints, including skins for Bulldog, BBQ, and Klepto.
Call of Duty Mobile season 5 Revenge: Seasonal events and themed rewards
The update will feature faction-based events where players choose between The Boys and Dawn of the Seven, earning points to unlock themed rewards. Another event, 1v1 Duel – Second to None, introduces changes to Multiplayer duel mechanics and progression rewards.
Season 5 also brings a new Challenge Pass, allowing players to earn tokens exchangeable for seasonal content and cosmetics. Additionally, themed draws based on Homelander, Starlight, and Black Noir will arrive in the in-game store, alongside a Mythic Operator update featuring
“Kui Ji — Viridescent Oath”. Season 5: Revenge will be available globally on May 27, with content rolling out after launch depending on region and platform timing.
