On Thursday, Union Cooperation Minister Amit Shah announced the launch of the Bharat Taxi app, which is the country’s first ride-hailing platform run by cooperatives.
Bharat Taxi has, to start with, opened operations only in Delhi-NCR region and Gujarat and plans to expand across the country in the next three years.
