OnePlus 3 to go on sale online from June 15
NEW DELHI: OnePlus is all set to launch its latest flagship OnePlus 3 in India on June 15. And the company has now revealed that the smartphone will be available exclusively on Amazon, starting 12:30 AM on June 15. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has also confirmed that users will be able to buy OnePlus 3 without needing any invites.

The company has announced pop-up events in various cities around the globe, where users will be able to buy the new flagship along with some extra goodies. The events will take place in Berlin, New York, Paris and London on June 15. They will also be organised in Indian cities of Delhi and Mumbai, but the dates are not out yet.
The company has also released a Loop app to watch the VR announcement, and is giving away its Loop VR headset at just Re.1 via Amazon.
According to an online tipster, the upcoming smartphone will come with a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It is also rumoured to sport a 16MP rear camera, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 64GB of in-built storage and NFC connectivity.

Other rumoured specifications include a USB type-C port, 4GB or 6GB of RAM and a fingerprint sensor. The handset will likely run the company's custom OxygenOS baked on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
