Motorola Moto X Force gets a massive permanent price cut

NEW DELHI: Motorola's 'Shatterproof' smartphone Moto X Force has received a massive price cut. The 32GB variant is now available a discount of Rs 15,000 and the 64GB variant at Rs 16,000, bringing the prices down to Rs 34,999 and Rs 37,999 respectively. An official confirmed to TOI Tech that the price cut is permanent.

Moto X Force is available online only on Flipkart and Amazon.in. The USP of the handset is its 5.4-inch 'shatterproof' display which is powered by Moto ShatterShield display technology.


In terms of specifications, the Motorola Moto X Force features a 5.4-inch qHD display with 1440x2560p resolution. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The handset comes equipped with a 21MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for clicking selfies.

The Motorola Moto X Force is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor coupled with 3GB RAM. The internal storage of the device accounts to 32GB/64GB which can be further expanded up to 2TB via microSD card. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS, NFC and it packs in a 3,760mAh battery.
