NEW DELHI: The search engine giant
Google has announced some new features for
Play Games at the Game Developers Conference. One of the new features will enable players to stream and share videos on
YouTube. Along with this, the users will also be able to try selected games for ten minutes before purchasing it. The tech giant has also introduced the ability to install games directly from the
Google search results.
The new feature called ‘Search Trial Ads’, is an interesting feature as the users will be able to try the game before downloading it. The players’ just need to click on ‘try now’ and the game will stream on their device. Moreover,
Play Games
is also adding a new ability for the developers using which they will be able to add video recording to their app and enable users to share their videos with friends.
Google is also bringing the live streaming functionality for players. The live streaming feature allows the users to broadcast their gameplay experiences in real time on
YouTube.
Game developers will also be able to show video ads in portrait format.
Google is also incorporating a new ‘Indie Corner’ to Game Play with an aim to highlight amazing games built by indie developers.
