Vega Gets Emotional Towards Mysterio’s Kind Gesture

On the September 9 episode of WWE Raw, she showcased her talents by teaming up with Lyra Valkyria and Natalya to take down the Pure Fusion Collective Team that consisted of Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark.

Even though Vega’s in-ring expertise is what deserves a special mention, fans were distracted and intrigued by a message on her sleeve. It was a tribute to her father, Michael Trinidad. Vega took to ‘X’ to share that the message was penned by the wrestling legend, Rey Mysterio. She was also moved by a fan sign on RAW last week which honored her father. This is undoubtedly emotional for the wrestling star given her father’s death during the 9/11 attacks when he was working in one of the Twin Towers. Her emotional reaction to the gestures from fans and even Mysterio proves how deeply she was close to her father.
