A star-studded event including names from the main roster like Cody Rhodes, John Cena, Rhea Ripley, and Paul Heyman took place in October 2023 on NXT. After Bron Breakker's match against Carmelo Hayes, the Hall of Famer made an unforgettable cameo in the ring to cap off the evening.

After Breakker disrespected The Phenom, the former Intercontinental Champion was laid out by The Undertaker, wrapping up the night in a moment that left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.

During an interview with 99.5 WKDQ, Breakker reflected on that night and how it led to a growing friendship with The Undertaker: “We sat and we talked for a long time after that show. He just gave me a lot of great advice. That sort of started a little bit of relationship with him and I since then. Every time I see him in the building, or when he comes around, I always go up, we have conversation. Undertaker’s the best. He’s great.”

When talking about the segment itself, the Raw star expressed his gratitude for being involved in such a significant moment: “Absolute honor for me to even be in that position with him, with such a legend. It was an incredible night. That’s a night I’ll never forget. That’ll probably be some sort of poster or picture that’s on my wall forever. So surreal moment between me and him, and [I’m] just so thankful I got to be a part of it. He’s awesome. Love that dude.”

The Undertaker Clarifies He Had No Involvement in This Former WWE Star's Return to Developmental

The Undertaker is widely regarded as one of the most prominent figures in the wrestling world. With a career that has lasted nearly three decades, he has earned a reputation as one of the most respected names and a leader in the locker room.

On his recent podcast, "Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway," The Phenom recounted an incident in which Paul Wight, also known as The Big Show, was sent back to the developmental territory, OVW, by the promotion's higher-ups.

However, The Deadman refuted any suggestion that he was involved in this decision and instead recalled how he defended Wight during the situation. He stated: “Not because of me. I tried to keep him from being sent anywhere. If he’d have seen what I saw in himself [he would not have gone to OVW].”

Wight's return to OVW ultimately benefited him, as he had the opportunity to work with notable names like Brock Lesnar and Mark Henry before making his comeback to the main roster six months later in the 2001 Royal Rumble match.
