Tonight’s episode of
WWE NXT promised plenty of promising encounters. A few days before this episode went live, Jordynne Grace announced that she would be holding an open challenge for her TNA Knockouts Championship. This would mark Grace’s 15th title defense overall, and was also her first in NXT.
Sol Ruca stepped up to the plate and challenged Jordynne for her belt. Ruca put on a fantastic performance and for a moment it seemed like she would overpower the champion and bring an end to the bout. However, Grace began to make a comeback and the match was headed to its final phase. But, Wendy Choo and Rosemary had other plans in mind.
Jordynne and Sol Ruca were highly entertaining, but the lights suddenly went out right as the match was reaching its end. When the lights came back on, Rosemary who is a former TNA Knockouts Champion and Wendy Choo appeared and began to give a severe beating to Jordynne Grace. Because of their interruption, the match was canceled and Grace’s title defense was ruined. Some might argue that Rosemary and Choo have bitten off a little too much. Let’s take a closer look.

Ever since Rosemary arrived in WWE, she has been collaborating with Wendy Choo.
Together, the two have targeted and beat down a few NXT talents already. Kelani Jordan was laid out flat by Wendy Choo after she defeated Rosemary a couple of weeks ago. Just last week, Choo and Rosemary also beat down Tatum Paxley, who was fortunate that Lyra Valkyria came to her rescue.
Now, Choo and Rosemary have also made an enemy out of the TNA Knockouts Champion, Jordynne Grace. These two have picked a lot of battles, and because of this they’ll have to be careful moving forward. Just like Choo and Rosemary interrupt matches by using their numbers advantage, one or more of their rivals could gang up to take them down.
Next week, Rosemary and Wendy Choo will face Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley in a tag team showdown. Kelani Jordan and Jordynne Grace will not let Choo get off so easily. So, it wouldn’t surprise anyone if the two champions combine to take down Choo and Rosemary after they’re done fighting Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley.
Wendy and her new friend have been a menacing presence ever since they came together. It’ll be interesting to see what else they have in store for us over the coming weeks. Having so many enemies can't possibly end well for these frightening ladies.
