WWE stars spotted at Complex Con 2024: CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, and more

WWE stars CM Punk, Rey Mysterio and Liv Morgan made an appearance at Complex Con 2024. While Mysterio and Morgan were expected to be at the show, it was surprising to see Punk be a part of the proceedings. There was doubt over the Best in the World’s appearance, as he is currently on a hiatus from WWE TV.

CM Punk fought and defeated Drew McIntyre in a HIAC match at Bad Blood 2024. The two of them combined gave one of the most incredible HIAC performances ever, but the match was a bit too brutal and left them both injured. Ever since, Punk has been away from the ring, but he is expected to return for WWE’s holiday tour next month.

Punk arrived at the event in a blue suit and wore a big smile on his face, he took the ring along with Rey Mysterio and the two of them handed out merch to the fans in the crowd. Liv, Mysterio and Punk seemed to enjoy the festivities and had a lot of fun interactions with the crowd. Morgan also answered an interesting question and declared that Chyna would be her dream opponent in WWE.


On the other hand, Rey Mysterio was reminded of just how big of a star he is after Olympic Athlete Noah Lyles was starstruck upon meeting him. Punk’s appearance at Complex Con 2024 was a good reminder of just how attached he is to his fans. Time and time again, we’ve seen Punk wear the warmest smile on his face while interacting with his fans.

He has made a habit of going above and beyond for the wrestling community and continues to impress with his gestures. Punk’s appearance at Complex Con marks his first public outing since Bad Blood 2024. With this out of the way, it shouldn’t be long before the Best in the World is ready to get in the ring again.
