WWE Star Opens Up About Her Faction Being Compared to The Shield

When discussing the greatest factions of all time, The Shield's name always comes to mind. Although the team has now split, it appears WWE is planning to form another faction similar to The Shield. A popular WWE Superstar recently shared her candid thoughts on her faction being compared to the legendary Shield, comprised of Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose (now Jon Moxley in AEW), and Seth Rollins.

Zoey Stark, Shayna Baszler, and Sonya Deville have teamed up to form a powerful new faction on WWE RAW

During an interview with Denise Salcedo at San Diego Comic-Con, Stark couldn't hide her excitement about working with Baszler and Deville on television. When asked about fans dubbing their group the "female version of The Shield," Stark confidently stated, "It's been very, very interesting. Some comments were like, 'Okay, sure.' But there's other ones were like, I'll say, 'The female Shield.' Yeah, we will take that. We are very happy to be the female Shield. Yes," [H/T: Fightful]"
