Hulk Hogan did not have the best entry to the epic event that was the debut of WWE RAW on Netflix. And since then, the headlines surrounding him have not been in his best interest. Now, the latest episode of RAW on Netflix had CM Punk mention The Hulkster, but not in a way you would expect someone to talk about such a legendary Hall of Famer of the game.
CM Punk did not hold back in his latest RAW promo
In his latest promo during the third episode of WWE RAW on Netflix, CM Punk did an interview with Jackie Redmond. Punk had already announced that he would be participating in the 2025 Royal Rumble. And in his latest promo interview, he named names that he plans on going up against during the Rumble. From Roman Reigns and John Cena to Sami Zayn and Drew McIntyre, he has no qualms about his opponents.
But then he started
going off about Hulk Hogan, and things turned ugly for sure. He eviscerated The Hulkster, who was recently in the news after getting heavily booed by the LA audience on the debut night of RAW on Netflix. In the promo, Punk said:
“You put Hulk Hogan in the Royal Rumble, and I’ll throw his dusty ass over the top rope, and I’ll kill Hulkamania once and for all."
He did not hold back at all in dissing the WWE Hall of Famer. And it seemed like the audience loved it, too, as they started cheering on Punk after his Hulk rant. We have no news yet of whether Hulk will be in the competition this year, but it would be epic to see him back in the ring with all the other entrants.
Hulk Hogan does not care for the audience booing him
Hulk Hogan came on to
heavy booing from the audience during the debut episode of WWE RAW on Netflix. He was there to promote Real American Beer (RAB), which was co-founded by him. But the booing got even worse once he opened the beer can after coming on stage. His segment did not have the desired effect, and Hogan left soon after coming on stage.
Later, in an interview, The Hulkster said that he did not care that the audience booed him. He said he knew this was a possibility, given the event was in LA, which is considered to be a Blue state. And Hogan is a red-blood Conservative and a huge vocal supporter of Donald Trump.
