Ricky Saints & Blake Monroe debut on SmackDown
As announced during last week's broadcast of SmackDown, popular NXT stars Ricky Saints and Blake Monroe will make their official debut on the blue brand this week. Both former AEW stars achieved remarkable success in only one year in NXT, which led to their call-up. With both superstars having their first appearance tonight, it will be interesting to see what they have to offer to SmackDown.
Charlotte Flair will battle Jacy Jayne
The SmackDown after WrestleMania 42 saw a huge change in the blue brand with the arrival of the NXT faction, Fatal Influence. Jacy Jayne and her cohorts, Lainey Reid and Fallon Henley, interrupted a high-profile tag team match between Brie Bella & Paige and Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. Later that night, Jayne had her first match on SmackDown when she squared off against the new WWE Women's Champion, Rhea Ripley, and delivered a stellar bout.
However, Flair was not happy with the new girls taking over and decided to teach them a lesson. Later on, it was announced that she and Jacy Jayne will square off in a singles match on SmackDown this week.
How to watch WWE SmackDown (May 1)?
