The WWE Royal Rumble 2026 will headline a historic international premium live event as the organisation makes one of its biggest annual events overseas for the first time. Taking place outside of North America, the event will be broadcast live from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, January 31. Due to the event taking place in Saudi Arabia, start times are earlier than usual for North American audiences. The main show begins at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, with the kickoff show airing approximately one hour earlier.

Netflix continues to serve as WWE’s primary international streaming partner, making the event accessible across Europe, Asia, and Australia. The broadcast is expected to run between three and four hours, including the kickoff show.

Royal Rumble matches, main event predictions, and what’s at stake

30 superstars will enter the ring to compete in the first event of the night, the Men’s Royal Rumble Match, with the winner receiving a world championship match at WrestleMania 42. Some of the top names expected to enter the Rumble match include Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Gunther, and Rey Mysterio.

In addition, the headlining event of the night is set to be the Women's Royal Rumble Match, where Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Bayley, and Asuka, among others, are rumored to compete for a WrestleMania championship shot.

One of the biggest draws is Drew McIntyre's Undisputed WWE Championship match against Sami Zayn. And we know AJ Styles will challenge Gunther in a career-threatening match that could change the trajectory of WWE's main event scene.
