Jessika Carr responded to Nia Jax’s awkward fall on her

WWE’s referee for Nia Jax and Bayley’s match at 2024 Bad Blood has recently taken to X to respond to Jax’s awkward fall on her back. Sharing a photograph of the intense landing of the Champion, Carr wrote just one word, “Oof.” In the photograph, Carr is seen under Jax while the WWE Women's Champion is trying to control her landing. The landing has knocked Carr to a momentary unconscious state.

The match between Nia Jax and Bayley was intense from the start. Jax quickly took control, dominating Bayley with powerful shoulder thrusts and avalanches in the corner. Despite Jax's strength, Bayley fought back, trying to get back on her feet. However, Jax applied a bear hug, squeezing the life out of the challenger. Bayley managed to escape briefly but found herself in a dangerous position.

As the match progressed, Jax showed no mercy. She executed a powerbomb on Bayley onto the steel steps outside the ring. Bayley seemed to be in pain, struggling to keep up with Jax’s aggressive use of force. The challenger found herself in another devastating spot when Jax hit a sloppy Samoan Drop, and the referee, Jessika Carr, got caught in the chaos. Bayley was knocked onto Carr, who went down hard.

With the referee incapacitated momentarily, Bayley seized the opportunity to hit Jax with a Rose Plant. But with Jessika Carr down, the count didn’t matter. As Bayley looked on in frustration, the injury to the referee partially altered the direction of the match.
