Who is Bayley’s Mother?
Annemarie Martinez is the mother of Bayley, she gave birth to her on June 15, 1989. Martinez has been the key reason why Bayley ever thought about wrestling as a career to pursue. She worked at Big Time Wrestling as a ticket salesperson and later on became the ring announcer for the same promotion. Back in the teenage years of Bayley’s life, she often accompanied her sister, Brenda Martinez, to watch wrestling matches. Few years later, Bayley was only eighteen years of age when she started attending training classes at Big Time Wrestling.
Starting from a place her mother worked, Bayley always considered Big Time Wrestling as her home promotion. After the beginning of Bayley’s wrestling career, there was no looking back for the WWE icon. Bayley’s father, Thomas Martinez, comes from a closely related background. Her father is a professional grappler in independent circuits, recognized by his ring name Speedy. All of these factors contribute to the reason why Bayley was stuck to wrestling the moment she started witnessing it inside her family too.
Currently, Bayley is signed to WWE and performs under the Raw and NXT brand. Her appearance on the WWE Raw Netflix premiere was worth watching and adding on to this, Bayley has announced her intention to be a part of Royal Rumble 2025.
