Which Superstars are most likely to make history at WWE Crown Jewel 2024?

The WWE “Crown Jewel” PLE is right upon us and it promises to be one hell of a night with mouthwatering contests expected to take place in it. The yearly event, which takes place in Saudi Arabia, is famous for hosting some brilliant battles, which are etched in the memories of the WWE Universe. This year too, the same is expected from the event.

Here are three superstars who could create history and be the game changer at Crown Jewel this year.
1. Gunther
The current WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther is on his high horse and is technically one of the most gifted wrestlers in WWE, currently. He will go one on one against Cody Rhodes for the specialized Crown Jewel Championship, which was unveiled by Triple H, at Bad Blood. Not only does Gunther have a chance to capture that title, he also has an opportunity to defeat the “American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, who is undefeated for a long time now. The opportunity to create history as the first Crown Jewel Champion, along with the accolade of defeating Cody(one of the biggest superstars of pro wrestling), can become a reality for the “Ring General”.

2. Liv Morgan
Liv Morgan has accomplished everything that she set out to achieve, at the start of this year. During the “Liv Morgan Revenge Tour”, first she dethroned Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s World Championship, then she took away her boyfriend, Dominik Mysterio. Following that, she cemented her place in the Judgment Day, and now having retained her Championship twice against Rhea, she looks unstoppable. She will face the WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax for the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship 2024 and will have a chance to create history. Chances are high that Morgan will capture the one thing left to complete a brilliant year for her in WWE.

3. Cody Rhodes
Just like Gunther, the “American Nightmare” will also have the chance to become the Crown Jewel Champion 2024 and create history as he’s already the Undisputed WWE Champion. The son of the late great Dusty Rhodes, has already had a highly fruitful year, having defeated the almost invincible Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania XL, to become the Undisputed WWE Champion. Since then, he has been able to defend his Championship throughout the year, against various dangerous opponents. If he manages to defeat Gunther at Crown Jewel, it will be the icing on the cake for Cody. While Gunther is considered as one of the most difficult opponents to topple inside the ring, Cody is known for his perseverance and grit which is required to upscale monumental victories.
