Rumours have been floating around in the wrestling fandom that Stone Cold Steve Austin might make an appearance in the much anticipated WrestleMania 41 next year. Amidst the speculation, Austin has dropped an Instagram post, showing off an incredible physique, further fanning the sparks of the rumour.
@bestinthedesert Vegas to Reno race is Friday. 555 miles start to finish. This race is gonna be tough as hell.” The comments screamed support and admiration for the WWE legend, and many of them suggested that this ripped physique is hinting at his WWE return.
Will Stone Cold Steve Austin be present at WrestleMania 41?
In a recent conversation with The Athletic, Stone Cold Steve Austin commented on potentially making a comeback in next year’s WrestleMania 41. He stated, “I said I won’t leave Nevada. It’s hard to get me out of this state. But … WrestleMania next year is in Vegas. That’s in Nevada.” (Source: F4WOnline)
It has not been confirmed whether Austin will be seen at the event so fans are advised not to get their hopes up just yet. If he does indeed return at WrestleMania 41, it will mark his first appearance at the event since his in-ring match with Kevin Owens in WrestleMania 38 in 2022. Since he came out of retirement that year for the bout, fans are speculating that he might make an exception in 2025 as well.
WrestleMania 41 will be hosted at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20, 2025. However, for now Stone Cold is focused on the BITD (Best in the Desert) Race, the 2024 Casey Folks Vegas to Reno.
