NEW DELHI: WWE Superstar Sheamus, who has been notably absent from television since August 18, 2023, recently resurfaced on social media with a direct message for Intercontinental Champion Gunther. The Celtic Warrior, known for his powerhouse performances, took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share his thoughts, sending a strong warning to the reigning Intercontinental Champion.
Sheamus, who has been recuperating from a shoulder injury following his last match against Edge on the August 18, 2023, edition of Friday Night SmackDown, did not mince words in his message to Gunther.
The 46-year-old wrestler reshared WWE's birthday wishes on X and seized the opportunity to make a significant claim about Gunther's future in WWE:
"and soon to be… The Ultimate Grand Slam Champion @Gunther_AUT," wrote Sheamus.
The post not only hinted at Sheamus's ambition to achieve the coveted Ultimate Grand Slam status but also served as a direct warning to Gunther, the current Intercontinental Champion.
