Sexyy Red Lights Up WWE Raw with Unexpected Cameo

Sexyy Red kicked off the October 7th episode of RAW by making a surprise appearance. Red had not been advertised to appear on tonight’s episode, so the crowd was left flabbergasted when they turned to the ring and saw her opening the show. Red is now one of the many artists who WWE have been collaborating with in recent weeks.
Just a couple of days ago, WWE had Metro Boomin present for their Bad Blood PLE, and now they have Sexyy Red.The company has also done collaborations with Cardi B who helped them announce SummerSlam 2025 and Travis Scott who will be promoting WrestleMania 41. WWE is just beginning to tap into the Hip Hop space and if this keeps up we could be in for some pleasant surprises down the road.
In the past, we’ve seen rappers like Snoop Dogg come into WWE and tear things up. If someone with similar star power to Snoop shows up, then WWE can easily chalk that up as a win. However, for the time being, the fans will have to look forward to the return of Sexyy Red, who will be appearing on tomorrow’s episode of WWE NXT. Let’s take a look at what we can expect from her.

Much like she did today, Sexyy Red’s upcoming appearance on NXT will probably just be her opening the show. Since NXT’s show is also set to take place in St. Louis, Red can walk out and warm up her hometown crowd for the talent. But, since Red has been heavily advertised for this episode, it is hard to imagine that she will only be there to open the show.
While that could be a part of what she does tomorrow, there will definitely be more from her. Hopefully, whatever plans WWE have for Sexyy Red pan out as well as their plans for Metro Boomin did. It’ll be interesting to see what WWE and Sexyy Red have in store for us on NXT tomorrow.
