Saraya Saying Bye TO AEW: Will Former WWE Star Return to the Ring?

Saraya, also known as Paige, will be leaving AEW as her contract expires in September 2023. She expressed gratitude for her time in AEW and left the possibility open for a return to WWE, where she had a successful career before a neck injury in 2019 forced her to retire.

According to a recent TMZ report, Saraya mentioned that she will be leaving AEW soon, as her contract is set to expire in September this year. She expressed her gratitude towards AEW for giving her a platform and building up her career. She didn't make any clear statement about her returning to the WWE yet, but she might.
"I love WWE. I appreciate everybody there. They made me, they gave me my career and I'm just appreciative of that. One day, who knows, [but] I love my time in AEW.” she said.

Saraya, famously known as Paige, will soon become a free agent as she leaves AEW this year. Her plans for the future are unclear for now, as she is still navigating her options, but she isn't shutting down the possibility of a return to WWE. As she mentioned, if she returns to WWE, she will definitely take revenge on Mercedes Mone. Paige was injured in 2015 during a WWE event against the current TBS Champion Mone.
"It's wrestling, it happens. But like coming back, I feel like it would be real great to face off against her.” Paige stated.

PAIGE WWE’s Journey


Paige is a British professional wrestler who had a remarkable journey in WWE. On April 7, 2014, Paige made her WWE main roster debut and won the WWE Divas Championship, competing against AJ Lee on her first night. Her commendable and impressive performance helped her to build a fanbase.
In 2019, due to her devastating neck injuries, Paige was forced to retire from in-ring performances. Later, she became the General Manager of SmackDown. Her captivating personality, electrifying performance, and historic achievement still continue her legacy, inspiring other female wrestlers.
