“Politics is everywhere, definitely in WWE”- Glenn “Kane” Jacobs on His Transition to Politics

Glenn Jacobs, widely recognized by WWE fans as Superstar Kane has made a significant transition from the squared circle to the political arena. Currently serving as the Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, Jacobs recently opened up about how his experiences in the WWE locker room unknowingly prepared him for a career in politics, highlighting the valuable lessons he learned during his time in the wrestling world.

Here’s How Glenn "Kane" Jacobs Sees WWE as the Perfect Training Ground for Politics

In a recent conversation on "Six Feet Under" with The Undertaker, Jacobs shared that his time in WWE unknowingly served as preparation for his political career.


Glenn Jacobs Stated :


"People say 'wrestling into politics, quite the departure' and I'm like 'no they're not,'" Jacobs explained. "Different kinds but politics is everywhere in our world and definitely in WWE you had to learn to navigate the internal politics if you were gonna be successful. Jacobs points out that politics can be just as entertaining as wrestling, if not more so, and that engaging a crowd at a rally is similar to winning over an audience in the ring.

Jacobs Added :

"Politics is interesting because you have people who are just focused on that as well...You're trying to appeal to voters and the community at large," Jacobs explained.
