Paul Heyman will be present at the first Raw episode on Netflix, and he will play a significant role in the ongoing civil war within The Bloodline. Before the Survivor Series, Paul Heyman made a surprise comeback to the WWE to reveal CM Punk as the fifth member of Roman Reigns' WarGames squad. Months earlier, when the Wise Man refused to accept Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief, Heyman had been brutally removed by Sikoa and his new Bloodline.

Solo Sikoa confronted Paul Heyman while he was in the ring for the first SmackDown of 2025 and placed him in charge of maintaining control of the Ula Fala. In the first edition of Raw on Netflix, Sikoa fights Roman Reigns in Tribal Combat. Paul Heyman agreed on behalf of Roman Reigns when Sikoa told Heyman that the loser of the match must acknowledge the winner as the Tribal Chief and Heyman must give the winner the Ula Fala.
It's unclear if The Rock wants to take the Ula Fala for himself, but he is rumored to be a part of the first Raw on Netflix, so the match to determine the undisputed Tribal Chief could take an interesting turn. WWE's Netflix debut is preceded by the announcement of four matches. For the Ula Fala, the leader of The Bloodline's ceremonial necklace, Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa fight in Tribal Combat. Seth Rollins and Punk, who have been at odds since Punk's 2023 WWE comeback, finally square off against each other. Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso and women's world champion Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley in a Last Woman Standing match have also been announced.
