The former American powerlifter and Olympic Weightlifter with a shining career spanning over 25 years in WWE, the legendary Mark Henry, recalls an old conversation he had with the former WWE CEO Vince McMahon. Reportedly, Henry was not elated when the role of the WWE executive was not offered to him. Following which, the legend joined AEW in 2021 as their coach and commentator.



In a candid interview, recalling an old conversation with McMahon, Henry said, “I told Vince, I said ‘Hey man, I'm gonna over there and try to make that place better, and kick your a*s in the rating’ (laughs) and Vince is like, ‘I know you are’. And it wasn't like there was an argument or fussing or fighting. We ended on good terms, and I thought that was a lesson a lot of people need to learn. Everything has seasons.”

When asked by the co-panelist Bully Ray, Henry opened up about always considering himself a part of his WWE family. “Yes, I do,” further adding, Henry said, “What we are talking about right now is a WWE deal. They produced it, I know all those guys, like…… and I'm running it up the flagpole. I want to have the producers on to talk about this down the road. Like, the stuff that ended up on the cutting room floor, it was a year and a half, and there was a lot of stuff that we didn't use, and I want to ask them some questions.”

Henry said he had a detailed discussion with the directors about additional stories from his life which should make it to the final cut. This is just the news Henry's fans worldwide had been holding their breath for to see this legend on their OTT platforms one more time.
