Following the surgery, Kanellis' husband Mike Bennett shared positive updates with fans, assuring them that she was recovering well and comfortably at home.
He wrote, “Mama is home safe and sound.
Haven’t showered since Salt Lake City Wednesday night. 2 sleepless nights in the hospital and now I’m off to Cedar Rapids, IA for #AEWCollision tonight. 2 1/2 hour drive. Let’s go! I LOVE THIS SH*T. Also I heard all your prayers. I love y’all.”
Additionally, Kanellis went to
social media with her health update as well, revealing that she’s still not discharged, however, the surgery was successful.
She wrote, “Hello all, I am still in the hospital. The surgery went well and my bloodwork looks good. We should have the biopsy results in 7-10 days to figure out exactly what the mass was. I like to call the mass Arnold. I may stay overnight one more night because I have nausea and a headache when standing which may be blood pressure related or something else. Everyone at Rush has been amazing and so kind.”
Kanellis continues to fight through this challenging period. Her situation underscores the often unpredictable nature of post-surgical recovery, even for those who appear to be on the mend.
