Jey Uso chooses a new partner for himself and the name will surprise you

Jey Uso does not take betrayals kindly and he has revealed so recently. The Raw match of this week was a disappointment for the Intercontinental Champion. As a member of the Anoa’i family of Samoan professional wrestlers, his wrestling prowess is undeniable. However, this rising superstar who is one of the dependable names on the WWE roster today feels differently about sacrificing his partner if matters get to him running a risk on his life.

Previously a part of the Usos along with his twin brother Jimmy, he moved out of The Bloodline after his twin chose to side with Roman Reigns. For Jey Uso, this was a betrayal worse than he could take. Since then, he has been fighting as a lone wolf on Raw instead. Although, now it seems his twin has realised his mistake and wants to make peace with Jey. But, Jey already seems to have a new partner in mind, let’s take a look.

Why Jey Uso would choose Otis as a partner: revealed

In this week's Raw episode, Jimmy was seen approaching Jey in an attempt to help Roman Reigns of the Bloodline. However, Jey was not the one to be deterred and asked his brother to go away. While the question still lingers whether Jey Uso will join a team or continue to fly solo, he was recently asked in an interview about whom he would like to have as a partner in case of a zombie apocalypse.

Jey’s choice of a dependable partner was neither his twin, Jimmy Uso, nor the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns. Jey went on to reveal that he would choose Otis as his partner. Further elaborating on the reason he said, “Probably Otis. I think I need Otis with me, because I feel like he’ll be good with his hands. I’ll see a group coming towards me man, I’ll just push Otis, ‘Here, you got a lot to eat man, I’m gone.”

Although Jey Uso would choose to have someone else in his corner over his own family, it seems both Jimmy and Roman are eager to have his support to rebuild their Bloodline. Currently their fate hangs by a thread, as the broken bloodline continues to be threatened by Solo Sikoa’s family.
