The Rise and Fall of The Bloodline

In 2022, The Bloodline expanded to include not only Jey and Jimmy Uso, but also Solo Sikoa and Sami Zayn. This group became a dominant force in WWE, but things began to unravel in 2023 when Sami Zayn turned on the faction to protect his longtime friend Kevin Owens. This betrayal set the stage for a series of events that would see The Bloodline’s unity further challenged.

Later that year, the Usos also split from the faction, though Jimmy Uso briefly rejoined. By 2024, The Bloodline was bolstered by the surprise addition of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, adding even more star power to the group. However, things quickly fell apart at WrestleMania 40 when Roman Reigns finally lost his Undisputed WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes. This loss marked the beginning of the end for Reigns' reign as the dominant figure in WWE.

Following his defeat at WrestleMania, Reigns disappeared from WWE programming, leaving a leadership void within The Bloodline. Solo Sikoa, seizing the opportunity, declared himself the new Tribal Chief. In a shocking move, he expelled both Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman from the faction.

Sikoa then reshaped The Bloodline by bringing in fresh faces, including Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa, signaling a new era for the group.

Roman Reigns’ Return at SummerSlam

Roman Reigns made his long-awaited return at SummerSlam, where he intervened to help Cody Rhodes retain his championship in a match against Sikoa. The alliance between Reigns and Rhodes was solidified when the duo defeated Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at WWE Bad Blood. This match also saw Jimmy Uso lend his support, further intensifying the internal drama within the family.

The Rock's Return and Future Rivalries

Just when it seemed the dust was settling, The Rock made his own dramatic return at WWE Bad Blood 2024, setting his sights on both Reigns and Rhodes. With The Rock back in the mix, fans are eagerly anticipating what’s next for The Bloodline, as new rivalries and alliances continue to form.

Jey Uso Teases More Anoaʻi Family Members

As the storyline continues to unfold, the possibility of more Anoaʻi family members joining the faction has been hinted at. Intercontinental Champion Jey Uso recently spoke about the depth of the family, suggesting that the saga is far from over.

In a recent interview, Jey stated, “I’m never going to say never, especially in this business. But, our family is deep. Our bloodline is really deep. I’m talking cousins. I’m talking about 10-15-year-olds who are ready right now. We deep. Eyes open. We’re always going to keep this family business rolling for sure.”

With a rich legacy and an ever-growing roster of potential family members, The Bloodline story shows no signs of slowing down. Whether new faces join or old rivalries reignite, WWE fans can expect the drama surrounding The Bloodline to continue captivating audiences for the foreseeable future.
