IShowSpeed Makes WWE Debut With Men's Royal Rumble But Only Manages Less than a Minute Inside the Ring

The 2025 Men's Royal Rumble started with the two luchadores - Rey Mysterio and Penta. One after the other, wrestling stars started entering the ring, but one particular entry caught everyone by surprise, even the entrant himself. Triple H, the Chief Content Officer of WWE, had previously invited iShowSpeed through social media to cover the Royal Rumble event live. But everyone kept speculating if he would enter the squared circle, and well, guess we all have our answers now

IShowSpeed gets less than a minute inside the squared circle

The Men's Royal Rumble saw multiple heavyweights entering the squared circle with only one goal in mind. Be the last man standing. Akira Tozawa entered the stage as the eighth entrant, but before he could get inside the ring, a sneak attack from Carmelo Hayes, who had just been eliminated by Bron Breakker, the Intercontinental Champion, took him out of the game.



Tozawa was taken backstage with the help of crew members, and that's when we saw Triple H coming - both to check on Tozawa and figure out what to do next now that they are a man down. An unexpected entrant popped up in front of Triple H in the form of iShowSpeed. But unfortunately for Speed, his road to glory was less than a minute long.



After a confused start, Speed finally comes out of the backstage area to enter the stage. He seemed excited with every passing second and went on to help Breakker get Otis eliminated. But their alliance did not last long, and Breakker soon picked him up and threw Speed out of the ring. His time inside the ring lasted less than a minute.

Speed shares update after his Royal Rumble stint

After the show was over, Speed posted a photo of himself with a neck brace and crutches, letting us know his condition after that brutal throw - from two wrestling heavyweights. After Breakker threw him out of the ring, he fell on Otis, who Spewd had just helped eliminate. Otis did not take too kindly that, and threw Speed at the commentators table without a care, making the streaming star fall and get eliminated within the minute.

Paul Levesque has also mentioned how pleased he is with Speed's performance at the Royal Rumble. In a press conference after the event, Levesque said he thinks Speed could very well come back to the ring in the future.
