Vince McMahon has been embroiled in several controversies in his career but the former

El Phantasmo’s UNEXPECTED Health Update: Cancer Diagnosis Sidelines Wrestler for Foreseeable FutureAs per a new PWInsider report, McMahon is set to build up a new entertainment company with former WWE executives Brad Blum and Kristen Prouty joining him. The report further states that it would be an entertainment hub company set to finance, develop, and produce film and television projects.
The wrestling company, however, will not be similar to WWE as the report states they are not looking to launch “anything similar to WWE” rather they will be focusing on fiction and non-fiction products.
Blum served as McMahon’s chief of staff before McMahon’s initial retirement in 2022, with both men departing WWE at that time. He later came back alongside McMahon in 2023, assisting in the UFC-WWE merger under Endeavor’s umbrella. Blum stepped down from his role in May. Prouty previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Entertainment Relations at WWE, where she acted as the link between WWE and the broader entertainment industry. According to PWInsider, her potential role would be connecting WWE talent with opportunities in television, red carpet events, and other high-profile appearances.
The company will reportedly be based in Los Angeles, CA. However, it has also been reported that the company will launch if McMahon’s legal issues are resolved.
Currently, the former WWE Boss is under scrutiny as former WWE employee Janal Grant filed a lawsuit against him alleging sexual assault and sex trafficking which led to his departure from the company. The case is currently under federal investigation.
Amid the investigation of Grant’s case, five former WWE "ring boys" have recently filed a lawsuit against the company, its founder McMahon, his wife Linda McMahon, and TKO Group Holdings alleging everyone involved that allowing what is described as "systemic and widespread abuse" of underage children. Filed by law firms DiCello Levitt and Murphy, Falcon & Murphy on behalf of five anonymous plaintiffs, the suit claims that former WWE employees Mel Phillips and Terry Garvin sexually abused young "ring boys" hired to run errands. It further asserts that both Vince and Linda McMahon were aware of the abuse but did not take steps to intervene or prevent it.
