When we consider a worthy wrestler to be a featured performer at one of the company's most important events, WrestleMania, CM Punk is among the names that immediately spring to mind. Punk's wrestling career has progressed in a way we never expected, in addition to making him one of the most well-known figures since his return. Despite the fact Punk has always been true to his art, his dream of headlining the main event has finally come into fruition as he preps for one of the biggest matches of the night. The Second City Saint had some thoughts about the two-day WrestleMania format that WWE fans will see for the first time, as a Triple Threat match against Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins awaits his best moves inside the ring.

CM Punk on two-night WrestleMania

After longing for the desire to headline a main event after a wrestling career spanning over decades, Punk became sentimental after Paul Heyman delivered him the most awaited news of him headlining the event at WWE SmackDown. After receiving the astonishing news of his dream coming true, Punk recently shared some thoughts on how he is containing his excitement as WrestleMania is fast approaching. Speaking with Sebastian Hackl of WWE Deutschland during an interview, Punk stated that he’s “thrilled.” He further continued, "WrestleMania is now a two-night event, giving even more fans the chance to experience the rarefied atmosphere of a main event.
Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins are two guys I helped bring to the main roster years ago, so it's amazing to see how far they've come and how they've held it down at the top. It's going to be special for me to show them, kind of like, 'Daddy's back.' CM Punk is back. You're still here, and I'm still here.
Regardless of the outcome that we get out of WrestleMania 41 in the Triple Threat match between the three biggest icons of WWE, one thing is certain: Punk is ready to begin the next chapter on the grandest stage of them all.
