The feud between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre remains intense, and the September 30 episode of WWE RAW served as the final installment before their highly anticipated clash in a historically brutal match. Both CM Punk and Drew McIntyre made their way to the ring, as Adam Pearce offered them one last chance to exchange verbal jabs ahead of their showdown in Atlanta. Punk was dressed in all white, while McIntyre opted for all black, raising questions about whether this was a deliberate choice.
Drew McIntyre was the first to speak, stating that he has “less than zero respect” for Punk but does respect AJ Lee. He remarked that Lee will have to take care of Punk after their match, feeding him, bathing him, and likely leaving him afterward. McIntyre declared that Punk would be “gone forever” due to him after the upcoming premium live event.

McIntyre referred to the fans as “idiots” for supporting Punk and noted that he could see the hatred burning in Punk’s eyes, something he claimed to relish. He added that Punk taught him how to hate and insisted that this hatred would end with Punk at Bad Blood.
As McIntyre prepared to exit, it was CM Punk’s turn to respond. Punk referenced his “Voice of the Voiceless” moniker, stating that he felt voiceless tonight because he had nothing to say to Drew.

He also revealed that he has been living in a hotel for the past month to spare his wife from dealing with the man he has become. Punk promised to send Drew McIntyre back to Scotland “in a box” following Bad Blood, something that Drew had “prayed for.” He asserted that he would take everything from McIntyre in their brutal match on Saturday.
