There was an unexpected visitor even though Logan Paul made his first appearance since SummerSlam and another significant match was confirmed for the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere.
CM Punk Clapped Back? Kevin Owens Ignites Feud With Insult
At Saturday Night's Main Event, Kevin Owens stole the Winged Eagle Championship from Cody Rhodes and crashed the event before The New Bloodline's scheduled appearance in front of the fans. Owens managed to say a few words and swore at Michael Cole before his microphone was cut off and KO was led from the building.
Owens was heard saying into the camera, "I have the best moveset," just before the segment ended. This was a jab at CM Punk, who had previously stated in an interview that he hated the term.
Punk made fun of his former AEW competitors by asserting that he possesses the greatest "moveset." Punk's scathing remarks regarding the term "moveset" came after Hangman Page shared the following regarding WWE's Logan Paul, even though he didn't mention Page by name.
Page said, “I hope the next person they give half my moveset to is at least kinda cool.”
Fans are hoping that Punk can stay healthy for the biggest show of the year in Las Vegas, as he was unable to compete at WrestleMania 40 due to an injury. Punk's path to WrestleMania will start in a few weeks as he takes on Rollins in the Raw on Netflix premiere. A recent report claims that CM Punk will participate in a major match at WrestleMania 41.
