WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle recently shared his thoughts on WWE Superstar Chad Gable's career path, by saying that WWE missed the chance to fully use the talented star for a while. Since his debut in 2014, Gable has often been compared to Angle due to their shared background as skilled wrestlers and their natural abilities in the ring. While Angle quickly rose to stardom in WWE, Gable’s rise has been slower, though he’s finally gaining momentum over the past year. Angle believes this boost in Gable’s career is well-deserved and long overdue.

At a "K&S WrestleFest" last week, Kurt Angle was asked about Chad Gable, the comparisons between them, and if he wished they had a match together. Angle spoke highly of Gable, saying he's happy to see how Gable's career is growing. However, he also said he’s disappointed that WWE hasn’t used Gable the right way.

Kurt Angle said:

"Chad's been on fire the last year," Angle said. "I got to wrestle him for, like, five minutes. It wasn't really a match. He, I felt like they dropped the ball with him for a while. I know he's a little bit undersized, but he's actually...he can go with anybody. I saw him German Suplex Braun Strowman, he picked him up off the mat and suplexed him and suplexed him.
