Accidental or Intentional: Sami Zayn Accidentally Helluva Kicks Cody Rhodes On WWE RAW
On this week's episode of RAW, another Helluva Kick is the reason behind another friendship getting ruined, and again Sami Zayn is at the center of it all. This week's episode saw Sami Zayn go up against Drew McIntyre once again, only to lose yet another match between these two wrestling stars. After Helluva Kicking Seth Rollins last week, Sami has made yet another blunder, this time hitting the one who came to save him - Cody Rhodes.
Sami Zayn and his Helluva Kick blunders
Sami Zayn has made a mess of it all once again, after kicking Cody Rhodes with a Helluva Kick. After his match with Drew McIntyre, which Zayn had lost already, the Scottish Warrior attacked him again. But Cody Rhodes came to his rescue with a Cody Cutter. Unfortunately, Kevin Owens was also there and came after Cody from behind to take him down.
It was an all-out brawl between the 4 wrestling stars. Unfortunately, things didn't have the best outcome for the Champion. Sami Zayn hit Rhodes with a Helluva Kick that was aimed at Drew McIntyre. Fans can never be sure if these accidents are really that, or if these coincidences could very well be intentional when it comes to Zayn. To end the show, Kevin Owens was seen smiling at his friend for what he had done and gave him an 'atta boy' slap on the chest.
Cody Rhodes faces yet another betrayal
Right at the cusp of the mega event that is the 2025 Royal Rumble, Cody Rhodes has faced yet another betrayal from someone he calls a friend. While Cody came in to save Sami from Drew McIntyre’s brutal attack, in the end, it was he who ended up getting kicked in the face for it. He was already dismissive of the Champion backstage, so what was it really? An accident or an intention wrapped in an accidental blanket?

Many will call this an accident, but Sami has been making the same accident happen for a while now. Whether it was with Roman Reigns last year, Seth Rollins last week, or Cody Rhodes last night, it's getting repeated quite a lot for fans to rule out as mere accidents. And with Royal Rumble looming over everyone's head, this could very well be Sami, somewhat intentionally (or maybe not), letting people know that it's going to be everyone for themselves this time around. Or maybe Zayn and Owens will end up sticking with each other for the upcoming title clash. Who knows!
