Braun Strowman was left beaten and battered after his match against Jacob Fatu at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event 2025. Braun Strowman is perceived as one of the most dangerous and toughest WWE superstars of this generation. However, The Monster Among Men encountered a Samoan Werewolf, Jacob Fatu at the 2025 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event who left him beaten and battered.
Strowman was scheduled to battle Jacob Fatu in a one-on-one match at the vintage show. The ending of the match saw the former WWE Universal Champion lost to Fatu. However, the Samoan Werewolf laid a massive beatdown on Strowman post-their highly explosive in-ring showdown. This has left a poor lasting image for the stature of a man like Braun Strowman.
With The Monster Among Men suffering a crushing defeat at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, here are the three possible directions for moving forward to re-establish his presence as a dominant force:
3) Enter the Royal Rumble
Braun Strowman has an interesting history with the Royal Rumble. The Monster Among Men was the winner of the only 50-man Royal Rumble that took place in 2018 and even set a new record of most eliminations with 13. He could use his experience and set his sights on the upcoming 2025 WWE Royal Rumble match to get back his momentum and top spot in the WWE roster.
2) Win a WWE singles title
The resume of Braun Strowman is an illustrious one. He is a former World Champion and also won other titles and accolades in his WWE career so far. However, Strowman has not held a championship for over two years now. Winning a top championship like the Intercontinental title or even the World Heavyweight title could be the direction Braun heads towards next to remind the fans of his top-tier presence and stature in the global juggernaut.
1) Join the Wyatt Sicks
With Braun Strowman recent string of hiatus, losses and beatdowns, it might be time for The Monster to come back to his roots. He came to prominence as a member of Bray Wyatt’s faction, The Wyatt Family.
