In his latest podcast 'Keepin' It 100', Konnan opened up about how he believed that the multi-time WWE Tag Team Champion
Jey Uso was not being used to his full potential by the company. In his opinion, Uso is not only great at the sport but also is popular with the
WWE fandom. Therefore, while there is no shortage of talent on the WWE roster, and the competition is intense, Konnan believes that the brand could make better use of Jey Uso's talent.
Speaking at the podcast, Konnan shared, "Jey [Uso] is different because it's very perplexing to me that, as over as he is, they have not found anything to do with him [worthwhile] in the last few months," he said.
Roman Reigns might make a comeback which can overshadow Jey Uso, says KonnanAdditionally, he also added that he could predict that Roman Reigns could make a big comeback which is why they could be sidelining Jey Uso. Konnan shared, "Now, I think once Roman [Reigns] comes back, he's going to be put back into the mix and he's going to be blowing up again, so maybe that's what they're waiting for."
(Via Keepin It 100/Wrestling Inc)Roman reigns were last seen when he avenged The Bloodline after a feud with Solo Sikao, their tribal chief. He also marked a return at WWE SummerSlam where he ensured that Sikoa did not stand a chance against
Cody Rhodes, who defended his title as Undisputed WWE Champion.
When it comes to the work front, Jey Uso has been supportive of Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley in their ongoing feud on Judgement Day.
Additionally, he has become the top contender for the Intercontinental Champion. His popularity could be alluded to by the fact that his merchandise sales have been rocketing in recent times.
Even while Uso does not have any ongoing feuds at the moment, Konnan believes that the fans would love seeing him compete. He shared, "All they do is bring him through the crowd," Konnan said. "You know, they turn off the lights and [the fans] turn on their phones and he's going out there. He's not really in a feud. He's not going after a title."
