Alexa Bliss and her husband Ryan Cabrera tied the knot back in 2022. Rumors were floating around about the 2000s Pop Star and Alexa as fans speculated that they were an item. Post this, a mutual friend, Michael Mizanin aka 'The Miz' took the call to introduce them to each other. Post this, they instantly started dating which led to Cabrera proposing to her a year later.
Speaking about this at The Bellas Podcast in 2020, Bliss shared, “It’s funny how we met.We met because of a rumor that we were dating." She also added, “He was liking some of my tweets and a fan saw that and started a whole Instagram that we were dating and tagged everyone in the company. I had people calling me and texting me and coming up to me saying, 'Oh, you’re dating Ryan.' I said, ‘I never met the guy.'"

They started talking to each other virtually as Alexa was living in Florida while Cabrera was in California. He then invited her to a concert that was happening in her hometown Orlando, however she turned him down. They continued to be great friends which blossomed into a relationship.

Later in November 2020, the couple were on a date in an outdoor restaurant that overlooked a body of water. This is when he got down on one knee and proposed to Alexa Bliss. Sharing the update on an Instagram story, he wrote, “Tonight was the best night of my life!! And it’s just the beginning!!!”
The happy couple tied the knot on the 9th of April, 2022 at Kempa villa in Palm Desert, California. Their extravagant wedding was said to be extremely non-traditional and had a rockstar theme. Commenting on the wedding, Cabrera told PEOPLE, "It's very us. The whole thing's meant to bring out our personalities, and we are far from just normal."

Post a big wedding, they announced the arrival of a baby girl on November 27th, 2023. Sharing a picture of the trio, Bliss wrote on social media, "The best moments in life are the completely unexpected." They named their daughter Hendrix Rogue Cabrera.
