Rishav-Vikas win tennis tournament at Barnala Club

The pair of Rishav Jain and Vikas Bansal defeated the pair of Rajinder Chaudhary and Amit Airan to win the Barnala Club open Tennis tournament. They defeated the pair of and by 2 sets to one.

BARNALA: The pair of Rishav Jain and Vikas Bansal defeated the pair of Rajinder Chaudhary and Amit Airan to win the Barnala Club open Tennis tournament. They defeated the pair of and by 2 sets to one. The annual Tennis tournament was played on synthetic turf for the first time. The synthetic turf was only recently placed with Rs 15 lakh. The prizes were sponsored by Satish Jain of Jain Jewellers and Unique Dresses.

Earlier the pair of Rishav Jain and Vikas Bansal defeated the pair of Kamal Gupta and Rajiv Mittal and the pair of Rajinder Chaudhary and Amit Airan had defeated the pair of Mahesh Binny and Vicky Sehna in the semi finals.
Barnala Club secretary Dr Pardeep Dharmshala, vice presidents Dr Naresh Goyal and Neel Kamal distributed the prizes to the winners.
Barnala Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori said that in future the tournaments at bigger level will be organised by involving more clubs from. The region and efforts will be made to promote the sports activities in the area and budding sportspersons will be encouraged."
