Sesa Football Academy felicitate 27 graduates

Football Academy felicitated 27 young graduates during the convocation ceremony held through virtual platforms.

The trainees were awarded e-certificates in the presence of Sesa FA president Annanya Agarwal, Arjuna awardee

Brahmanand Sankhwalkar

, former India defender and alumnus

Denzil Franco

and others.

Sesa FA was established in 1999 with an aim to identify, nurture, create platforms and build talent for Indian football. Till date, around 200 footballers have graduated from the academy.

“I am extremely happy and equally proud to see that we could produce another talented pool of 27 footballers, who will be next generation

football

icons of the nation,” said Agarwal.

The Sesa players have a decent record with most of them making their mark in premier national football platforms including the national team, Indian Super League, I-League and others.
