The locals in the Engenho De Dentro area, where the stadium is situated, are a bit disappointed because Bolt did not turn up for any of the practice sessions assigned for the track athletes. He is secretly training in the CEFAN Navy Training Center. Most of the locals do not have the tickets for the 100 meter finals because of high demands internationally and high prices of tickets as well.
A day before the first heat of the Jamaican Superstar the Stadium looked bright but dull where only a few volunteers and those who are associated with the broadcast were seen giving final touches to their assigned work. A few of them were seen dancing or imitating the World's favorite sprinter Usain Bolt.
