HYDERABAD: Nayan Chatterjee of Rayo Racing emerged champion of the Senior Max category of the JK Tyre-Meco Motorsports Rotax Max Kart Open 2013 which concluded in Hyderabad on Sunday.Yash Aradhya (Meco Racing) and Krishnaraj Mahadik (Mohite's Racing) were crowned champions of the Micro Max and Junior max categories respectively in the Open class event. Paul Francis (Meco Racing), Tejas Ram (Meco Racing) and Arjun Khaire (Meco Racing) took home the rookie titles in the Micro Max, Junior Max and Senior Max categories respectively.With nine podiums including five wins, Yash finished on top with 95 points. Pradyumn finished second with a total of 91 points followed by Bangalorean Paul Francis (Meco Racing) with 82 points.An elated Yash said: "Though yesterday was not a very great day for me, we made up with a great performance today despite the tough competition.
