According to a source who spoke with the Daily Mail, Josh Allen isn’t interested in becoming a celebrity power couple. “Besides being at any of her premieres or anything else to support her, Josh and Hailee aren't going to be seen a lot going out to dinner and parading themselves around like Taylor and Travis do,” the insider explained.
This isn’t a jab at Kelce and Swift’s very public romance—though it certainly hints at a contrast in priorities. Allen’s eyes are on one prize: the Super Bowl. “Josh will take it as it comes, as winning the Super Bowl is the goal. Everything else can come second,” the source added.
Allen is reportedly hyper-focused on his legacy in the league. “If the Bills were to finally win the Super Bowl, it would take him into a stratosphere even he might not be ready for,” said the source, suggesting that Allen’s football future has far more weight in his mind than Hollywood headlines.
Fame is secondary—even with a Hollywood star by his side
Dating a global celebrity like Steinfeld naturally brings attention, but Allen is resisting the urge to capitalize on that. “Josh is in a very interesting situation because he is one of the best quarterbacks in the league, getting paid a massive amount of money and playing for a great team,” the insider shared.
“He would love to win multiple Super Bowls and be forever placed in the conversation as one of the best,” they continued. “With that, it provides a certain celebrity, but then add a relationship with a Hollywood star, it changes your status and fame pretty quick. He would love to take a lower-profile approach.”
